Ricky is a seasoned entrepreneur, founder, and investor with a heavy focus on generating growth.
Ricky Joshi Co-Founded Saatva, the pioneering online luxury mattress retailer that has transformed the mattress industry since its inception in 2011. Ricky's strategic acumen and marketing leadership have catapulted Saatva to the forefront of the direct-to-consumer luxury home goods segment, boasting annual revenues exceeding $450 million.
He is board member of Branch ($80M DTC furniture brand) and Guardian Bikes ($35M DTC bicycle brand).
Ricky holds a B.A. with Honors from Dartmouth College and MBA from Columbia Business School.
Rohit Gupta
Founding Principal
Rohit brings 6+ years of finance and operations experience and is an MBA Candidate at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Rohit is an entrepreneur in the food and beverage space and managed his family’s small business portfolio. Prior to this, he worked in Operations Product Development at Apple and Investment Banking at Lincoln International.
Rohit holds a B.S. with honors from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
